Overview of How GloLance uses the Collected Information
GloLance gathers information from our users (buyer, service providers, and affiliates) to facilitate payment into or from escrow accounts, and for service improvement reasons. GloLance also uses user-browsing information to prevent against fraud and violations of other agreements entered into by site users.
Information is used for service related, and security purposes only. No personally identifiable information will ever sold to any 3rd party.

Fraud Exception to Collected Information
All personal information policies in this privacy policy are overridden by this exception. If a site user commits fraud, or attempts to commit fraud that would affect one or more users of GloLance, or the site itself, GloLance is granted the right to:
- Notify those other users of the attempted or actual fraud.
- Provide those other users with the site user's real name(s), address(es), phone number(s), fax number(s), and/or email address(es) to enable the user to initiate legal action if required
- Initiate legal action if appropriate
Notification of changes
Should the content in the privacy policy change, GloLance will issue an update as an on-site message. Continued usage of the website will be understood as acceptance of the revised document.
Closing your Account
A user can close their account, disabling future use of the account. However, GloLance can not delete information as we may be legally called upon by a 3rd party to report such information. Examples include (but are not limited to) an Australian Police investigation, an Australian Tax Office audit of a user, or a credit card fraud investigation. GloLance cooperates and complies with all government and private regulatory agencies under the law. If this is an issue to you, you should not become a member of this site.
Other
All projects, comments, messages, profiles and transactions done on GloLance systems can, and are routinely monitored by GloLance staff. In the event of a violation of the Legal Agreement or Terms and Conditions violations, GloLance will act promptly.
GloLance takes every reasonable measure, and uses the best of its ability and leading technologies protect all privacy related data from unauthorized access. However no security system is perfect. Should sensitive data be compromised, GloLance will alert the affected parties immediately via email. GloLance.com or GloLance Technologies Pty will not be held liable for any such security compromise, or any resulting loss or action resulting from such a compromise.
